Professional Floor Boxing Ring.

Specifications:

• High Strength Carbon Steel Frame (Post & Platform) with 3mm thickness for durability and stability
• Quality Double Pressed Laminated Birch Plywood Platform for superior core quality and reliable structural strength - at 18mm thickness the premium board provides excellent load-bearing capacity & reduced flex under dynamic movement
• 30mm thick Shore 40 EVA foam for durable, firm, shock absorbing surface
• Customisable Canvas with your brand colours, logos and choice of eyelet spacing
• Branded Corner Pads with your logo and MA1 logos printed on high performance synthetic leather over EVA core foam
• Custom Elevation: Standard height is 1 m, but we can adjust to fit lower ceilings
• Premium Boxing Ropes with anti-hydrolysis PU leather cover on NBR foam cushioning over a strong steel core

Sizing of the Rings:

We follow the same standard measurement most manufacturers of boxing rings and the size of the ring is based on the outside sizing. From that, the fighting area are defined which you can see in the graphic above. 

PROCESS:

As ordering a Boxing Ring is a huge decision, we want to keep you informed as much as we can along the way. 
Please review the below process that would be carried out once you are ready to place your order. 

INITIAL DESIGN STAGE:

With your brief, we should be able to quote up a price for you. 
A deposit would be placed and we would start the initial design which would include a mock up of the custom boxing ring along with a layout to make sure that all the panel designs are as you requested. 
As this is an initial design, there is plenty of space to have a back and forth with the designer to get the design finalised to your needs.

FORMAL DESIGN APPROVAL:

Once that is confirmed, the design is then sent off to the production team where they will draw up a proper 3D mock up and formal layout for you to confirm - these designs are a more accurate portrayal of the final custom boxing ring.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY STAGE:

Once all approved by you, the production team will start the production. This can take up to  4-6 weeks after confirmation of the formal design. 

Shipping to our warehouse would then commerce after so we do ask for you to allow around a total of 10-12 weeks after confirmation of formal design in total for production and delivery.

If you have a deadline for the boxing ring, please let us know at the start of the process so we can advise the expected timeframes and confirm whether your timeline is achievable.

Balance payment would then follow as the Boxing Ring is sent through it’s logistic channels to be delivered to our warehouse which then would be onforward to you depending on the delivery agreements we have made with you.

SHIPPING OR FULL QUOTE REQUESTS:

The boxing ring will be shipped to you disassembled however as it is a bulk item which needs to be shipped on several pallets, we would have to do a custom shipping quote for you. We also allow pick up from our warehouse in Clifton Hill 3068.
